What does it involve?
Each training session is 60 minutes long and can be done in your home or at The Athlete Den (located on Richter Street, Kelowna).  The initial session includes a mobility and postural assessment in which a personalized program will be based specific to your goals. 
How does it work?

Your first session will include an assessment and initial exercise program.

What does it involve?
These customized programs are designed to meet your specific goals.  Whether you want to just strengthen your core or have a full body workout, in just 7 minutes a day you'll have a program that is the right fit for you and your body.  
How does it work?
After signing up you'll receive a Welcome Email that will tell you exactly how to set up your app and profile. Your tailored program and instructional videos will be loaded and scheduled ready to go on your start date. BONUS: You get REAL TIME FEEDBACK with me on FaceTime / Skype regularly, so you can make sure you are always doing your exercises RIGHT!
