Designed to not just strengthen your core, but make sure you are engaging your core muscles properly to avoid compensations or niggling pains.
1. CORE BASICS
This course build from the base up. Perfect for anyone struggling with hip tightness, on-going hip flexor gripping or a sore back. We test (and re-test) your core, so you can work specifically on what your body needs most. The main goal is to re-pattern your muscles so that the right muscles are working in the right order.

2. NEXT LEVEL CORE (Waiting List)
Building on the core basics, this course gets into intermediate and advanced exercises to challenge you, while also emphasizing form and technique.

What to Expect in CORE STRONG courses:
- Access to the app where you will set up your account.
- Once the course starts, you will receive a Day A and Day B that will be scheduled into your calendar so no thinking required! You can move workouts around if you miss a day.
- All workouts are approximately 7 minutes long. Ideally you will do 3 sets which can take closer to 20 minutes. You can extend them by adding some of the BONUS Core & Mobility workouts included
- LIVE WORKOUTS once a week. This is also your chance to ask questions or check form with me! All live workouts will be recorded so you will have access to them at any time.
- You will be part of a Challenge to help you stay on track, hit your goals and win prizes!
You have 3 months access, so if you miss some workouts or want to repeat them a few extra times, no problem! I know life get busy!
